I'm Lydia, your middle-woman to finding and creating recipes using natural, whole, ingredients.
I am a recipe-creating, food-obsessed, wellness-driven, dog-loving, yogi who loves to discover recipes and cook them for the beautiful supportive people in my life.
Since August of 2013, this blog has been a place for me to share with all of you my discoveries in the kitchen, my inspirations, and my love for natural, real, whole ingredients. I am a firm believer in caring for your body and soul through eating nutrient-packed foods...
but that doesn't mean that I am opposed to the occasional german chocolate cake or a batch of oatmeal raisin cookies.
I love cooking with ingredients that are at their peak. They motivate me to create recipes that bring out their wonderful flavors. I use the fruits and vegetables at the local farmers market as inspiration for my recipes -- most of which are within the paleo guidelines as well as gluten-free.
I currently live in New York City with the love of my life, Ed, and two loving, adorable, but occasionally mischievous dogs: Dolce and Milo.
